You agree to pay the total treatment cost in four separate payments (Payment Amounts) as set out in the Payment Form according to these Payment Terms.

You agree to pay us the relevant Payment Amounts on each appointment date (Payment Date) identified in the Payment Form without delay. You may choose to pay us a Payment Amount in advance of a Payment Date.

You must pay us the Payment Amount via credit card, direct debit or any other payment method we agree to in writing. The payment method you choose may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the applicable third party payment processor. By making payment through a third party payment processor, you accept the applicable terms and conditions. 

If you don’t pay the relevant Payment Amounts on time as agreed in these Payment Terms, we can choose to stop providing the Treatment after the relevant Payment Amount is due and we can also ask you to pay for any extra costs we face because you didn’t pay on time. This includes any costs to get those payments from you.¹

If any payment of a Payment Amount has not been made in accordance with these Payment Terms and you rectify such non-payment within a reasonable time after the Treatment has been suspended, then we may, at our discretion, recommence the provision of the Treatment as soon as reasonably practicable.
