We work a little differently to other clinics you may have visited. Our focus is on working as a team and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

How does it work?

Step 1

Arrival

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly front office team, who are ready to answer any questions you may have regarding your appointment.

Step 2

Diagnostic X-rays

At the start of your appointment, a team member will escort you to our clinical area, where you’ll have a series of diagnostic x-rays taken to assess your oral health needs.

Step 3

Oral Health Assessment

An Oral Health Therapist will then review your x-rays and conduct a comprehensive oral health assessment. Specially trained in preventative care, they will perform a thorough and gentle dental cleaning.

Step 4

Dentist Consultation

Our Dentists are available to discuss any further treatment you may require and answer any additional questions, ensuring you feel fully informed and comfortable with your care plan.

We’re looking forward to your visit with us!

Should you wish to discuss one of our payment plan options, our team will be able to assist you with this and can facilitate an application on the day.

We take all health funds and can claim on the spot from your health insurance.

How our team works together

OHT’s are trained to perform tasks, including:

Dental examinations
Cleaning teeth
Restoring teeth
Extracting deciduous (baby) teeth
Administration of local anaesthetic
Taking radiographs (X-rays)
Preventive treatments, including fluoride applications, fissure sealants, oral hygiene instruction
Taking impressions for mouthguards
Educate schools and childcares about health foods
Educate and motivate children and the community
