Your Appointment Checklist
Payment – Our aim is to provide affordable dentistry for all, as such it as good idea to discuss with our receptionists prior to your treatment about payment options. This will allow you to plan what you might be out of pocket.
Insurance – Bring your insurance card if you have eligible Australian dental insurance. If you are paying out of pocket, discuss your payment options prior to the dental visit.
History – We ask some questions around medical history, allergies and any medications you are currently taking. We advise all patients to have this information ready for your first appointment
A Reminder On Our No Gap Policy
Dental One aims to provide affordable dentistry for all our patients. We are pleased to provide General dental services for patients with Dental insurance at no out of pocket cost.
Here’s what the policy includes:
Remember you need to confirm that you have not reached your annual limit. Whilst we always endeavour to process a quote prior to treatment this is not always possible and it is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible for our No Gap policy.
Our Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy applies to all appointments. We respectfully request 48 hours’ notice. If the request is not fulfilled a $50 missed appointment fee will be charged.
In the event of several missed appointments we may reserve the right to charge the cost of the treatment upfront before making another appointment
